New York, NY — L'Forma is proud to announce the completion of Dossier's first brick-and-mortar boutiques in New York City — the perfume house's NoLita flagship at 242 Elizabeth Street and its location at Queens Center Mall. Serving as construction manager, L'Forma led the buildout of both spaces, bringing the fast-growing French fragrance brand's first physical retail vision to life across two very different New York settings.
Dossier's NoLita flagship sits in the heart of New York's "Scent Row," designed by creative firm Malherbe Paris and brought to life in partnership with retail execution firm Rekon Retail. Conceived as a "fragrance library" that guides visitors through the brand's scent families, the space blends Dossier's French heritage with NoLita's laid-back, minimalist character. As construction manager, L'Forma coordinated every trade and detail of the buildout — delivering the clean, elevated, gallery-like environment that anchors Dossier's immersive perfume experience.
Beyond the flagship, L'Forma also managed the construction of Dossier's Queens Center Mall location — bringing the same coordination and craftsmanship to a high-traffic mall environment as to the boutique flagship. Delivering a cohesive build across a marquee flagship and a busy retail center, on schedule and to a single standard of quality, reflects L'Forma's strength in managing retail construction across very different site conditions.
