L'Forma delivered a comprehensive interior finishes package for 29 Jay Street, an 11-story, 225,000-square-foot office development in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The scope covered interior painting across the cellar, ground floor, and ten upper floors — including core walls, office areas, MEP fire-rated enclosures, and hollow metal doors and frames throughout — together with wallcovering installation, exceeding 25,000 square feet combined. L'Forma's team also installed multipart epoxy and resinous flooring systems across ten mechanical equipment rooms and egress stair landings totaling 3,500 square feet, applied clear concrete sealer at exposed columns and ceilings, and completed code-compliant photoluminescent egress striping and signage at both egress stairs. Finishing work included hand-applied limewash at the gym and entrance corridor. Partnering with Marvel on this DUMBO development, L'Forma executed every phase to the exacting standards a modern office building demands.
